February 2025 Real Estate Update West Rouge and Centennial

Hey what’s up neighbours. it’s A.J. Abbate from RE/MAX Rouge River Realty. Welcome to your West Rouge and Centennial Real Estate Market update for February 2025. Today I am going to provide you with a quick update on home sales data from January 2025 in our amazing community.

Let’s start with Detached 2 storey homes we had 5 sales in January with an average sale price of $1,268,800 and an average of 18 days on the market. Compared to January 2024 we saw 4 sales with an average sale price of $1,178,000. 

Next we have Detached single storey homes where we saw 5 sales last month with a sale price of $1,090,000 selling with an average of 10 days on the market. Compare that to zero sales in January last year. 

Finally we have Townhomes and semi detached homes where we saw 1 sale sales last month with a selling price of $963,000. Compared to January 2024 we had 4 sales with an average sale price of $942,250.
