Hey what’s up neighbours, it’s A.J. Abbate from RE/MAX Rouge River Realty. Welcome to your West Rouge and Centennial Real Estate Market update for December 2024. Today I am going to provide you with a quick update on home sales data from November 2024 in our amazing community.

Let’s start with Detached 2 storey homes with 9 sales in November and an average sale price of $1,236,667 with an average of 17 days on the market. Compared to November 2023 we saw 6 sales with an average sale price of $1,379,500.

Next we have Detached single storey homes where we saw 5 sales last month with an average sale price of $1,112,000 and an average of 15 days on the market. Compare that to 4 sales in November last year with an average sale price of $1,032,500.

Finally we have Townhomes, where we saw 3 sales last month with an average sale price of $922,950 with an average days on market of 11. Compared to November 2023 we saw 1 sale, sellling for $885,000.
