Hey West Rouge and Centennial Home Owners, this is your February 2024 Monthly Real Estate Market Update for West Rouge Centennial. My name is A.J. Abbate from Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty. Today I am going to provide you with community home sales data for each home style for January 2024. 

Let’s start with Detached 2 story homes where a total of 6 traded hands in January with an average sold price of $1,494,000 taking an average of 9 days to sell. Compare that to the January 2023 where 5 homes traded with an average sold price of $1,454,000. As you can see both much change year over year in this segment of the market. 

Next we have Detached single storey homes which include bungalows, side splits and back splits. We saw zero homes in this segment trade hands last month. Compare that to January 2023 where 2 homes traded hands with an average sold price of $1,042,500. 

Now let's discuss all town homes including semi detached and attached. Last month we saw a total 4 of these home styles change hands with an average sold price of $942,250 selling in 48 on average. Compare that to January 2023 we saw just 1 trade for $983,000.
