Hey, what’s up fellow West Rouge and Centennial Homeowners, my name A.J. Abbate from Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty and this is your March 2024 Monthly Market Update. Here is the quick breakdown for February 2024 home sales in our awesome neighbourhood. 

So first off we have Detached 2 story homes with 9 sales in February for an average sale price of $1,230,556. With an Average of 8 days on market. Compared to February 2023 we saw 3 sales with an average sale price of $1,573,667. 

Next we have Detached single story homes where we saw 1 sale last month with a sale price of $1,150,000 and 40 days on the market. Compare that to 1 sale in February last year with a sale price of $1,280,000. 

Finally we have Townhomes, where we saw 3 sales last month with an average of $847,067 and an average of 15 days on market. Compared to February 2023 we saw 1 sale at $900,000.
