May 2024 Monthly Real Estate Market Update West Rouge and Centennial

Here is the quick breakdown of April 2024 home sales in our awesome neighbourhood. 

So first off we have Detached 2 storey homes with 12 sales in April for an average sale price of $1,425,927. With an Average of 8 days on market. Compared to April 2023 we saw 14 sales with an average sale price of $1,340,357. 

Next we have Detached single storey homes where we saw 9 sales last month with an average sale price of $1,192,311 and average of 8 days on the market. Compare that to 2 sales in April last year with an average sale price of $1,137,500. 

Finally we have Townhomes, where we saw 3 sales last month with an average sale price of $970,833 and an average of 5 days on market. Compared to April 2023 we saw 3 sales averaging $945,000.
