So first off we have Detached 2 storey homes with 8 sales in May for an average sale price of $1,491,888. With an Average of 16 days on market. Compared to May 2023 we saw 8 sales with an average sale price of $1,256,472.

Next we have Detached single storey homes where we saw 9 sales last month with an average sale price of $1,282,500 and average of 5 days on the market. Compare that to 6 sales in May last year with an average sale price of $1,323,000.

Finally we have Townhomes, where we saw 1 sale last month with an average sale price of $862,000 and an average of 6 days on market. Compared to May 2023 we saw 4 sales averaging $985,000.
