Hey what’s up neighbours, it’s A.J. Abbate from RE/MAX Rouge River Realty. Welcome to your West Rouge and Centennial Real Estate Market update for August 2024.

Today I am going to provide you with a quick update on home sales data from July 2024 in our amazing community.

Let’s start with Detached 2 storey homes with 11 sales in July with an average sale price of $1,622,636 with an average of 22 days on the market. Compared to July 2023 we saw 5 sales with an average sale price of $1,270,760.

Next we have Detached single storey homes where we saw 4 sales last month with an average sale price of $1,270,000 and an average of 24 days on the market. Compare that to 3 sales in July last year with an average sale price of $1,125,000.

Finally we have Townhomes, where we saw 2 sales last month with an average sale price of $921,500 and an average of 13 days on market. Compared to July 2023 we saw 1 sale selling for $1,101,800.
