Hey what’s up neighbours, it’s A.J. Abbate from RE/MAX Rouge River Realty. Welcome to your West Rouge and Centennial Real Estate Market update for September 2024.

Today I am going to provide you with a quick update on home sales data from August 2024 in our amazing community.

Let’s start with Detached 2 storey homes with 2 sales in August with an average sale price of $1,227,500 with an average of 38 days on the market. Compared to August 2023 we saw 5 sales with an average sale price of $1,168,800.

Next we have Detached single storey homes where we saw 4 sales last month with an average sale price of $1,591,667 and an average of 17 days on the market. Compare that to 1 sale in August last year with a sale price of $1,000,000.

Finally we have Townhomes, where we saw 1 sale last month with a sale price of $951,000 on the market 11 days. Compared to August 2023 were we saw zero sales.
