Let’s start with Detached 2 storey homes with 5 sales in October and an average sale price of $1,227,000 with an average of 24 days on the market. Compared to October 2023 we saw 7 sales with an average sale price of $1,254,571.
Next we have Detached single storey homes where we saw 4 sales last month with an average sale price of $1,118,250 and an average of 4 days on the market. Compare that to 6 sales in October last year with an average sale price of $1,081,796.
Finally we have Townhomes, where we saw 3 sales last month with an average sale price of $908,667 with an average days on market of 12. Compared to October 2023 were we saw 1 sale, selling for $910,000.
