Hey what’s up neighbours, it’s A.J. Abbate from RE/MAX Rouge River Realty. Welcome to your West Rouge and Centennial Real Estate Market update for October 2024. Today I am going to provide you with a quick update on home sales data from September 2024 in our amazing community.

Let’s start with Detached 2 storey homes with 8 sales in September with an average sale price of $1,203,125 with an average of 18 days on the market. Compared to September 2023 we saw 7 sales with an average sale price of $1,317,143.

Next we have Detached single storey homes where we saw 5 sales last month with an average sale price of $1,096,400 and an average of 22 days on the market. Compare that to 4 sales in September last year with an average sale price of $1,270,100.

Finally we have Townhomes, where we saw 0 sales last month. Compared to September 2023 were we 2 sales with an average sale price of $868,750.
